They say you got your employees all worked up, committing suicide ‘n stuff. They say you hire chinese workers ’cause you think the taiwanese are elite. We got somethin’ served up good…real good. Your not gonna’ know what hit you by the time you finish this release. Your company gonna’ crumble, and you deserve it.
Upon switching the radio from Nicki Minaj’s self-enforcing, lack of content, stereotypical song, “Stupid Hoe”; We switched on BBC Radio, the leading source of unbiased material. A short segment on the manufacturer giant Foxconn, came up reporting on the inhuman conditions the workers experience. A few days later an almost viral rumor about an Iphone 5 with a 4-inch screen being manufactured, as claimed by an employee from the infamous Foxconn. Now as a first impression Swagg Security would rather not deceive the public of our intentions. Although we are considerably disappointed of the conditions of Foxconn, we are not hacking a corporation for such a reason and although we are slightly interested in the existence of an Iphone 5, we are not hacking for this reason. We hack for the cyberspace who share a few common viewpoints and philosophies. We enjoy exposing governments and corporations, but the more prominent reason, is the hilarity that ensues when compromising and destroying an infrastructure. How unethical right? Perhaps for the layman who has conformed to a society raised by the government that actively seeks to maintain power and quell threats to their ventures. But to us and many others, the destruction of an infrastructure, the act of destruction that does not affect an individual, brings a sense of newfound content, a unique feeling, along with a new chance to start your own venture.
This is Swagg Security, we aim to to reshape your perspectives, our perspectives, by the inducing of entertainment. A unique approach to spreading a unique philosophy which brings the sought after tranquility. In a way we are “hacktivist”, but in our own views we are Greyhats. We believe there is no reality in hacktivism, even with good intentions. We know those who claim to be “hacktivists” that inside of you, a suppressed part of you, enjoys playing a part in the anarchist event of hacking of an infrastructure. We now appropriately give consent to other individuals reading this release, to scavenge through the leaks acquiring usernames and passwords; while attempting to find if they use the passwords anywhere else. The Janata Party is a child of the most epoch-making stuggle in the history of Indian democracy. In March 1977 the people of India, under the inspiring leadership of Jayaprakash Narayanan, elected the Janata Party to power and entrusted it with the task of restoring democracy and freedom to the people and constructing an egalitarian and decentralised social order based on the Gandhian perspective. In this perspective political and economic tasks involve a common, approach, that of providing the people themselves, above all to the poor and deprived among them, both the opportunity and the power to shape their own lives and destiny.

In the first Election manifesto (1977), the Janata Party, had declared: "The Janata Party is dedicated to the values and ideals of Gandhiji. It is dedicated to the task of building a democratic state in India, drawing inspiration from our rich heritage, and the noble traditions of our struggle for independence". In other words, the Janata Party's ideology is to foster democracy in all its dimensions, economic, political, social and cultural. This has to be done by learning from our ancient history and the Freedom struggle; within the Gandhian framework."

The Janata Party was ushered in to power in 1977 on the strength of the youth (who constitute over seventy percent of the electorate). However, this mandate of the youth was soon betrayed through splits and defections in the 1980's, but it is still alive and kicking today. The mission of the Party, given to it by JP, is still unaccomplished and yet relevant. Those of us who have remained steadfast and suffered the wilderness for it, have kept this historic Party alive. In 1977, the nation's democratic structure was under siege and the nation was in crisis. Today, the nation is on the throes of deep identity crisis and ideological bankruptcy. At the cross roads of history today, the future of our country is crucially dependent on making the right choice on the direction for the country. While the Freedom struggle had given the people a clear identity and the underpinning of its ideology, the last one and a half decades have thrown up anti-national and anti-social forces which now seriously threaten our national integrity, and have sown doubts in the people's mind about the nation's future. No political party has come forward to provide an answer.

The political parties of today have in fact failed so far to formulate a concept of our identity and relevant ideology. The continued inability of political parties to formulate an acceptable concept of identity and ideology is dangerous for our democracy. No wonder, our people are confused about the future, and the youth led astray. If this continues, the ensuing disorder may threaten the collapse of the Indian Union, which, in the Soviet Union and elsewhere has become a reality. But still no political party today is thinking along these futuristic terms. The Congress Party of today cannot provide the frame work for our identity and ideology. There is a wide gap between policy and practice in the Congress Party. With the collapse of Communist rule in the erstwhile Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, the ideology of the Communists stands discredited.

All the leftist parties like the CPI, CPI(M), Marxist, Leninist Groups and the other constituents of the United Front like Janata Dal, Samajvadi Party etc. and above all the Congress Party by passionately advocating the cause of State controlled socialism until recently have only laid solid foundations for raising a superstructure of mega Corruption which has only lured hundreds of Criminals and anti-social elements into the noble arena of politics and public life.

Janata Party is pledged to the establishment of minimum government and maximum welfare for all. Janata Party stands for social justice and removal of disparities of opportunity and equitably distributed welfare. Statism is not the road to socialism. It is the way to authoritarianism at the top and serfdom at the bottom. Janata Party wants to create a society with a political government powerful in its legitimate domain and minimal elsewhere, a government that governs but does not dabble in business, arts, media, justice, religion and piety.

Drawing on the inspiration of Jayaprakash Narayanan, with adherence to the moral edicts of Mahatma Gandhi, the 'darshan' of Swami Vivekananda and Sri Aurobindo, the poetry of Iqbal and Subramania Bharathi, the patriotic fervor of Bankim Chatterjee, the courage and conviction of Mahatma Phule and Dr. Ambedkar, the Janata Party rededicates itself to a virile concept of national, identity and a nationalist ideology embodied in an implementable Agenda. This is the Janata Party's Agenda for National Renaissance, representing the ideological framework of the party.

the leaked data is in the format of username, emails and paswords which are encrypted.

MegaUpload Shut Down by the Feds, Founder Arrested

MegaUpload, one of the largest file-sharing sites on the Internet, has been shut down by federal prosecutors in Virginia. The site’s founder Kim Dotcom and three others were arrested by the police in New Zealand at the request of US authorities. MegaVideo, the streaming site belonging to same company, and a total of 18 domains connected to the Mega company were seized and datacenters in three countries raided.

Just a few weeks ago, MegaUpload founder Kim Dotcom told TorrentFreak that his Mega ventures have nothing to worry about, as they operate within the rules of the law.

“Mega has nothing to fear. Our business is legitimate and protected by the DMCA and similar laws around the world. We work with the best lawyers and play by the rules.

“We take our legal obligations seriously. Mega’s war chest is full and we have strong supporters backing us,” Dotcom said.

But behind the scenes powerful forces were at work, plotting the forceful demise of MegaUpload, one of the world’s biggest websites.

An indictment unsealed today by the Department of Justice claims that MegaUpload has caused the entertainment industries more than $500 million in lost revenue and generated $175 million “in criminal proceeds.”

Two corporations – Megaupload Limited and Vestor Limited – were indicted by a grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia on January 5th, 2012, and charged with “engaging in a racketeering conspiracy, conspiring to commit copyright infringement, conspiring to commit money laundering and two substantive counts of criminal copyright infringement.”

Today, the authorities executed in excess of 20 search warrants in the United States and eight other countries.

Data centers in the Netherlands, Canada and Washington housing MegaUpload’s equipment were raided. In an apparent reference to the latter location, a source has just informed TorrentFreak that the FBI are currently detaining everyone at the ISP Cogent Communications’ headquarters in Washington DC, in connection with a Mega-related search warrant.

In addition to MegaUpload founder Kim Dotcom who was arrested today in New Zealand, another six alleged members of the Mega “conspiracy” were charged in the indictment:

- Finn Batato, 38, Mega’s chief marketing officer and a citizen and resident of Germany
- Julius Bencko, 35, Mega’s graphic designer from Slovakia
- Sven Echternach, 39,Mega’s German head of business development;
- Mathias Ortmann, 40, the German CTO, co-founder and director of Mega
- Andrus Nomm, 32, programmer and head of the development from Estonia
- Bram van der Kolk, 29, a Dutch citizen who oversaw programming and network issues.

Dotcom, Batato, Ortmann and van der Kolk were arrested today in Auckland, New Zealand, by authorities there. Bencko, Echternach and Nomm are still at large.

The authorities seized approximately $50 million in assets, which appears to include Kim Dotcom’s treasured collection of several dozen cars, as detailed below.

A total of 18 Mega-related domains were also seized by authorities including Megastuff.co, Megaworld.com, Megaclicks.co, Megastuff.info, Megaclicks.org, Megaworld.mobi, Megastuff.org, Megaclick.us, Mageclick.com, HDmegaporn.com, Megavkdeo.com, Megaupload.com, Megaupload.org, Megarotic.com, Megaclick.com, Megavideo.com, Megavideoclips.com and Megaporn.com.

According to the Department of Justice, the individuals named in the indictment face a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison on the charge of conspiracy to commit racketeering, five years in prison on the charge of conspiracy to commit copyright infringement, 20 years in prison on the charge of conspiracy to commit money laundering and five years in prison on each of the substantive charges of criminal copyright infringement.

The legal action against Mega will set a precedent for similar cloud-hosting services. The MegaUpload site itself had no search function to discover content directly, but according to the indictment this was done to “conceal the scope of its infringement.” Would the same be true for services such as Dropbox?
